She’s put together a killer sexy arm workout that will help you banish arm fat and sculpt sleek muscles just in time for tank season.

Sexy Arm Workout

[ Warm up 5-10 minutes ]

1.  Shoulder Press superset with Push-ups

Three Sets x Fifteen Reps 

2. Dumbbell Curls superset with Cable Tricep Pull-downs

Three Sets x Fifteen Reps

3. Lat Pull-Downs superset with One Arm Dumbbell Row

Three Sets x Fifteen Reps

           4. Front Raises  superset with Seated Lateral Dumbbell Raises

Three Sets x Fifteen Reps

 [ End with 10 minutes on Rowing Machine ]

    These are great, definitely going to try the ones I haven’t done 😍 doing shoulder workouts w the cable machine is also a really good way to work your arms and it engages your abs as well 😍
